Dear sir,
I recharged AIRTEL number 8420008797 on 15 August 2020 for Rs. 598. The amount has been deducted from my SBI BANK account. But there was no credit of the recharge in the same mobile number. The message comes:
Rs. 598 online recharge of Airtel mobile 8420008797; txn ID 2008152209227 has failed due to a technical issue. Refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Please look into the matter.
