Text of Complaint by Sukanta Halder:

Last night i have reached my airtel number ‘7896353325’ of Rs. @23 and of Rs. 10 with debit card payment .After that, a successful recharged message also came into my phone though the recharge of rs. @10 was failed and the payment was completed but rs @23 was completely done .But still my account shows that the current balance is 0.00(zero) also opening account in my airtel app shows the same. I was in need to make an emergency call but due to your fault, I’m under loss.
