I have recharged my JIO number for Rs.2399 on Feb 28,2021. But recharged not happened and amount got deducted. Altogether more than 20 customer calls and 65 mails communication happened between me and JIO care team, appellate team to know what happened to my transaction. I got the statement from my bank that JIO payment team received my amount and not able to refund as this amount was successfully received at the JIO Payment side. I have forwarded all the proof to JIO payment, JIO appellate and JIO Care team. But they are not ready to give any reply about what happened to my recharge.
Kindly advise me what I need to do further.
