Dear Sir, I had recharged for ₹98 for 6GB data on my airtel number 9903690235 on 29th March 2020. I paid ₹98 from my main mobile balance by airtel thanks app. But till date 6GB data not given to me. I tried several times to contact the customer care executive, but failed every time, probably due to lockdown. I mailed at 121@in.airtel.com thrice but I only get system generated reply. No action taken.
Now I want the refund of ₹98 to my main account balance.
Hope I will get some positive response at the earliest.
