I recharged my airtel number(9706188956) with Rs 399 pack through
amazon pay UPI on 27th November. In the first instance, the amount got
deducted from my bank account but it showed failed in my airtel
account. So once again I repeated the same recharge and this time it
was successful. During the whole incident, the amount got deducted
twice from the bank account but I received only 1 recharge. I
contacted Amazon customer service but they said that the transaction
was clear from their end. I contacted Airtel customer care on 121 but
they are just extending the time. I mailed on 29th November providing
every detail with Bank reference ID and Bank statement but till now
the amount is not refunded to my account. Now they are saying that
they didn’t receive the money. Kindly look into this matter and solve
the issue at the earliest.
