I have recharged for Rs. 48 on mobile number 7708660043 via airtel thanks app. The transaction ID is 1036264101. Still my account balance is showing of Rs. 0.00. I am unable to receive and make calls even after my recharge on 3rd August 2020 (Today). Kindly do the needful.
