I have recharged my number with Rs.79 on 15th Nov morning 7:44AM using Amazon pay. But till today it didnt reflect into my Aitel account and not showing in the Airtel app recharge history as well. But Airtel have swallowed the money, I contacted Airel appellate (appellate.tn@in.airtel.com) but no response for the issue I raised, he simply closed the communication just like auto response ‘you have not recharged’, not further response for my couple of emails. Please see the SMS I received from Airtel when I make the payment and no further update from Airtel and Amazon as proof . It is not refunded to my Amazon account as well.
