Text of Complaint by Kamna Singh:

Dear Airtel,

As my recharge pack was about to expire on 22nd June, 2021. I recharged my airtel number one day before and instantaly I got confirmation about the successful recharge and benefits will get credited in some time but after a day when I reinstalled my Airtel app again, it was showing no plan is active on the number and if not recharged incoming services will also stop in next 7 days but interesting fact is in the app itself it is showing that the last recharge was successfully done on 21st June 2021 with order ID
So I tried to complaint it through 121 and no response I received as it was running in loop with no caller support. After 2 days of this issue I visited the Airtel gallery where even the executives where completely clueless for the same and they just given me an email and said that they are not able to file the complaint.
I am completely disappointed by the service given by the airtel because it did not taken away the benefit for this recharge even my carry-forwarded and accumulated 9GB data in my airtel number account also disappeared.
Kindly help me to get at least any valid reason for this loss.
