I have recharged rs.20000/- on 14.07.2023 @12.58 PM and rs.20000/- on 15.07.2023 @ 6.49 PM during on going online game in 3 Patti Champion through UPI but still not credited neither in my game id nor credited back in my UPI/Bank Account. I have many times communicated in their online chat but they have neither provided me any solution nor given any reason for this delay. Now I am helpless how can I get back my money rs.40000/-.
