On 04/06/2023 I was intended to recharge my friend’s mobile no of 9903858951 but instead of doing so it was credited to another mobile no of 9003858951 for Rs. 839.00 and that has been charged from my SIMPL account vide ID no. 622739670.
And after that I made several attempts via Airtel Thanks App but it was not allowed to generate tickets, so after that I made several mail to 121@in.airtel.com and 121@airtel.com but no response received from those ends, however a tele caller asked regarding the matter and assured to resolve the problem beside this she asked to lodge a complaint to 198 and then to 229 but it was not accessible.
So, in this context I am again requesting to reverse the wrongfully benefitted amount of Rs. 839.00 from 9003858951 to mobile no. 9903858951
