Wrongly recharges to 9702927477 instead of 7902729477 an amount of Rs 2498 but cannot contact customer care 121 and 198 are useless as they are not directing to customer care. I got no option other than to seek redressal from consumer court. I reported my issue immediately after the recharge but airtel is busy stealing my money. The recharged number belongs to idea and I done my recharge from airtel portal. The wrong Number person also didn’t get any recharges yet . So clearly airtel is cheating.
