I recharged my Airtel prepaid on 16th April for Rs. 558 online after getting the offer from them. The Money got deducted from my bank but my Airtel account has not been recharge yet. In the lockdown even the customer care is not available, even I sent an email, but didn’t get the reply I wan,t my money back or get my number recharge I am very dissatisfied with the service.
- Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
