Sub: AIRTEL MOBILE NO +919989042676
Rechaged Rs/ 2499 on 17-4-2020 for international roaming pack whicle I was in abroad. money was deducted but international pack was not activated .I could not make calls to India. Inorder to keep my sin in force I used to recharge with 49 rupees per month which was activated. I have made compliant to appellate.southabts@in.airtel.com. They refused to solve my issue.please arrnge to solve my problem and see that they will refund my money or adjust for future recharges
