I have recharged for 251/- on 26th Jan’21. It expired on 30th with no prior intimation. My money is gone, i dont have data neither was I intimated. This is major loophole where the customers money is made benefit of by not providing the service but having the recharge money paid. Its absolute nonsense to deny the fact that neither data can be refunded nor money.
