Please find the attached image for your reference. On April 01, 2024, I recharged Rs. 2999.00 for the mobile number ******8831, but unfortunately, I received a message from JiO stating that the recharge was unsuccessful even though my money was deducted from my account. I have attached a photocopy of my bank account transaction details and the failed message from Jio.
I have contacted Jio customer care several times, but I have not received any resolution for my issue. I kindly request you to do the needful and provide a solution to my problem.
