I made payment of 599 rupees on 7th October 2020 to recharge this Jio number at 4.11pm but amount deducted but recharge was not successful so again i made payment of 599 rupees at 4.12pm and the recharge was successful for the second payment. And i got a message that the first payment 599 will be refunded within 7days but after passing 17 days no refund has been reflected in my account. I sent two mails and made call to customer care and local Jio store but not solution is attained till date. I want the refund. Please do the needful.
