I did a recharge of Rs 444 x 4(84 days) on 6th December, as it was supposed to last for almost one year. Yesterday, I got a message saying my current plan had expired and there were no available plans after which I was compelled to do another recharge to continue using the services. I’ve suffered a loss of two add on packages, each of Rs 444. I talked to 6 customer care executives and 3 supervisors today and all they could tell me was to check Myjio app. The app doesn’t store any data of transactions done before a period of 30 months. Moreover,the app shows that two plans are activated at the same time, which is not supposed to happen. This whole process has been gruelling and I really need some reparations.
