I had done a recharge of Rs. 598 on 14 May 2020 with 84 days validity i. e. up to 5 august 2020. On 4th June 2020 I did another recharge of Rs. 379 with 84 days validity period. But what airtel has done is terminating the validity period of my earlier recharge of Rs. 598 from 84 to just 22 days on account of my second recharge of Rs. 379 which Airtel keeps sending messages to customers but never ever it mentions anywhere while sending such messages to customers or on their Airtel app. Please look into this matter for other customers can be saved from wasting their hard earned money from such mis-information giant so called Airtel.
