Dear sir,
I am Biswanath Das and my mob. no. is 9883396232.I rechargeed my ph.for Rs.1498 today. my existing pack was valid till 21-07-2020. I was told by your customer care previously that my new will activate only after the validity of my existing pack ends as per that my new recharge validity will expired on 21-07-2021.but the validity of my newly recharged pack is showing that it is till 21-06-2021. According to this I am going to lose one month validity.

So please see to the matter and take necessary action so that I get back my appropriate newly recharged validity i.e 21-07-2021 or refund my recharge money.
