Text of Complaint by Ananda nandy:

I recharged work from home pack for 201rs on 9th july which was valid till 8th August. My second recharge same day 9th july was the data recharge for 21rs and the validity was 12th july because my previous plan had not expired on 9th july, validity for previous plan was to expire on 12th July.

Is jio not applying any logic while deciding the validity dates?? Is work from home pack not a recharge plan?? Is it not a base plan? Why is the customer not informed what sort of a plan is the work from home pack?? If the first recharge of work from home gets validity till 8th August than how can the second recharge get validity till 12th july??

Why is the customer not allowed to choose which plan they want to use from their recharge??  Jio should introduce transparency in their dealings with customers.

I want my 21 rs credited back if jio won’t allow me to use it. If jio cant compensate or apply logic to their recharge policies it should other operatorsare available, jio should not aim to rip off the customer.
