I am Airtel customers and been emailing Airtel for few clarifications but ending up nowhere. It is been happening for long time now. Here I am pasting the email I have sent.

This is reminder about my questions.
It looks like there is no respect and value for customers. We get messages coming if we do not recharge but it comes us to ask no response at all. It is not only now but happening even before Covid 19.
