Text of Complaint by Pushkar kale:

Airtel app shows a recharge of RS 10 with unlimited validity and talk time of RS 7. I did this recharge but did not get any extension on validity.
I wrote a complaint mail at 121@in.airtel.com but they are asking me to connect to their customer care advisorat 121. I mailed them that my outgoing services are inactive and I can’t connect to them but I am getting the same reply.
