I have done a recharge of rs 558 on 22nd Dec 2020 on my airtel no. Which was unsuccessful and amount got debited from my bank account. I got a message stating amount will be refunded back to my account within 8-9 working days which has not been credited yet. Kindly do the needful and refund the amount to my bank account immediately as its already past one and a half month.
