Recharged airtel mobile number using my Airtel thanks app. Amount has been deducted, but recharge was unsuccessful. Waited for 8 working hours as displayed when recharged failed. But I didn’t recieve my money back and even mobile number is not recharged.
Either recharge the mobile number or refund the amount.
