My number(7350212087) is from Maharashtra circle, Aurangabad Region. Yesterday, my recharge got expired. So, i had done the recharge of Rs.199/- via Google Pay. Amount got deducted from the bank but recharge failed. So, i done the same recharge twice again. Again the amount got deducted from by bank account and my recharge failed. So, the total no. of recharges i had done is 3 times, but all the times the transaction got failed. I called on Customer Care Number 198 (toll free), spoke with a Associate called “Monal”. She said that, “System is not updated yet”. So, we requested to escalate the call, but she refused to do so. She was giving incomplete information till end of the call. So, request you to do the needful. Below are the transaction details attachments. 3 times recharge failed on 3rd March, 2021 with the total amount of Rs. 597 (Rs. 199/- each). Since the attachment is accepting only one file. Other 2 transaction details are below:
