PrepaidOPrepaid mobile no. 9606538204, recharge on 04.08.2020 for Rs.49.00 vide transaction no. 200804522195 but it was not recharged and once again recharged for Rs.149.00 on 11.08.2020 vide transaction no. 2008112287242 but the same was also not charged and balance is showing nil and my outgoing and incoming services are blocked despite of paying two times.The same may be resolved and my total amount of Rs.149+49 = 198.00 to be credited to my account.
