I have done airtel prepaid recharge for my prepaid number 9600628518 through my debit card for AMT:249.00 on 31st MARCH-2020. TRANSACTION ID: 200331717897. But recharge not happened. I have checked the transaction status in airtel webpage. it says transaction failure. But amount hasbeen debited form my debit card.i have waited for 5 days.but nothing happened.plz do the needful.Thanks.
