I recharge through Airtel thanks app for amount of ₹399 on 2nd Jan 2021 but I received a message that transaction has failed and you will receive refund within 2-7 days. It’s been a month now and even after complaining number of times Airtel is not refunding my money. I have also complained to their appellate but they keep replying that my complain status is in progress. I emailed their customer care but gives useless excuses that I should register my email id with them. There is no process to do so through their App, IVR or SMS. I have shared all proofs, screenshots but they are not helping. Please help me here.
