SIR, I HAVE RECHARGED MY MOBILE 9789839973 FOR RS. 219/ POST PAID, ON 28TH JUNE 2020. I HAVE PAID IT BY ON LINE TRANSACTION USING MY NET BANKING IN STATE BANK OF INDIA. MY ACCOUNT IS DEBITED FOR THE AMOUNT.
BUT , TODAY WHEN I WANTED TO MAKE A CALL , I GOT A MESSAGE THAT THE MOBILE DO NOT HAVE BALANCE. HENCE I RE CHARGED AGAIN FOR THE SAME AMOUNT TODAY, 1ST JULY 2020.
WHEN I WANTED TO TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE, THEY SAY THAT THE MOBILE NUMBER IS WRONG. HOW IT COULD BE. IAM A LONG STANDING CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL, THIS KIND OF IRRESPONSIBLE ANSWER IS RIDICULOUS.
PLEASE CHECK AT YOUR END REGARDING THE AMOUNT PAID BY ME ON 28TH JUNE 2020. I HAVE GOT BANK RECORDS TO PROVE MY STATEMENT.
