I am trying to recharge my account thru airtel app, but unable since morning. Same incidence happened last time when I was trying to upgrade my plan.
Also money debited from my credit card and also I have received one message indicating that recharge done successfully but still I am unable to use data. Also nil data showing in my airtel app.
I tried to contact customer care thru 122 and various nos mentioned on airtel website but unable to contact customer support.
