I have recharged jio number – 6xxxxxxxx plan Rs.666 2 times on 02/06/2022 using MyJio app through another jio number – 83xxxxxxxx, chosen option recharge my friend and UPI transfer (Gpay and Phone pe) both was in processing state for 1day and both recharge successful on 03/06/2022.
But I didn’t get the recharge on upcoming plans, nor received the refund.
So, please help me to get my refund or both recharge plans upcoming plan on 638xxxxxxx, as soon as possible.
I hereby attach the screenshots of phone pe, gpay, bank statement for money deduction and payment successful.
