Hi I have recharged my phone with the international roaming pack of 755 the recharge was successful and it is showing in my upcoming pack in Airtel thanks app but it is not activated and I cannot use it and this has happened with me one time before so I have lost total of 1500 INR. I had recharge on 13th of July when I was in Italy & I was not able to use it there now I am in UAE and I still cannot use the pack. Previously I had recharged on 8th June. Other people besides me are using this pack just fine in my ship.
