Text of Complaint by Shubham Gharde:

I have made a transaction using airtel app on 6th February 2022 using their upi option to do a recharge of Rs.209. the amount was deducted and recharge was not done but the app shows recharge successful. I have reported this issue to Airtel customer service team and they said that the recharge is not successful and the deducted amount will be refunded back to source account within 10 working day but till now not received. I have called customer service again on 21st Feb 2022 and they took a complaint and requested to wait till 25th February 2022 however no body called and shared any update. So i called customer service team again on 26th February 2022 and they said complaint closed on 23rd February 2022 and informed me that we have not received the amount. We utter frustration im writing this to get a resolution.
