I recharge my Airtel number with Airtel payments Bank, money got deducted but recharge didn’t happen, when I contacted customer service they told me recharge already done. When I checked the Airtel thanks app recharge was done for some random number which I don’t even know. Customer care not refunding my money as well not recharging. I lost 3000 rupees
