Dear Sir,
I am using airtel prepaid connection . Today i used to recharge my airtel number made payment of Rs 219/- to Bharati Airtel against Ref # IGAJGCBJR8 ( through net banking ). But the amount is debited from my bank account and the recharge / plan was not credited to my airtel number
