Hi Sir,
I recharged 509 rupees to a incorrect number(8125556069) by mistake.
The actual number I want to recharge is 8125560693. Hence I sent an email to 121@in.airtal.com and spoke agent. Agent said if you would have paid the transaction from airtel app we would tried to reverse and we are helpless to process the request. I plea that the incorrect number is also a airtel user why don’t airtel operator consider my inquiry and reverse the transaction on my number.
Please advise how to proceed further.
