Text of Complaint by Navya:

  • I did a recharge to an incorrect number and the customer agent denied to reverse it back to the correct number just because I used a 3rd party for the recharge. This is like you got the money but you will not do the reversal just because I didn’t use your app. How ridiculous is that and how pathetic is your customer service.
