I filed a complaint about a recharge-related issue on November 13, 2021, and my issue has still not been fixed after ten days. Every time your agent called me, he or she told me that the problem was being looked into and will be resolved within 24 hours. I’m not sure what your policy is, but a 10-day TAT and counting for any complaint is unacceptable. You CSE are unprofessional and engage in unethical behaviour and attitude; they closed my issue without addressing it in order to satisfy the TAT and open fresh complaints each time.
Please take action, as I am tired of your deceptive and terrible service. I’m also planning to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum.
