Dear Sir

I made a TV recharge on 04.08.22 of rs 848 through tata neu since I am holding 2 subscriber ids I made a recharge to the old one which is discontinued already but I contacted tata play customer care team they asked me to wait for three as the amount is going to be refunded to my bank account I tried reaching multiple times till these days still u haven’t got any refund
