Respected team Airtel ,

                        I have recharged my uncle’s mobile number on 19/7/20 from AIRTEL THANKS app ….
After a couples of transaction failure …maybe 3-4 times …each time the amount was deducted from my account and finally a transaction was successful
The statement shown was that “Don’t worry the amount will be refunded in 8 working days” but still I didn’t get any refund
There should be 3-4 refunds from the transaction failure and I didn’t get any single refund..
I am hereby attaching a screenshot from one of those transaction failure please go through it
So I request the team to please look into this matter and soon my problem as soon as possible
