“This is to bring to your notice that one of your Jio Broadband customers Mr. Pradeep Banerjee (Land line no 0120 7965376) mistakenly recharged his Broadband connection on 23rd Dec.2020 at 10.08 AM for amount Rs.1768.82 to my account Landline no 0120 7965379 . This has happened as a result of typing error as instead of last digit 6, the customer keyed in no. 9
I don’t understand what the amount wrongly credited in my account be transferred back to its rightful owner. Punishing someone who has wrongly entered my Landline no while recharging when our phone numbers are similar with difference of last digit is totally unethical and wrong.
I would once again request Reliance Jio to transfer an amount of Rs.1768.82 to your Jio fibre customer land line 01207965376 account.”
