Jio has deducted amount from my account but not received any recharge on my jio number . Recharged using upi transaction on 22 November 2019 3:12 pm
For 444rs , its been more than 5 days no amount has been refunded to my account bank told me to contact jio that citibank jio had received the transaction at there end and made transaction to jio but jio costumer care person told me no recharge request has been received at their end ., So confusing and tired … Pls take action against jio help me refund my money back
