On 23/04/2019 I had do recharge transaction of RS 199 and RS 248 for mobile number 8652304999 through my axis bank debit card at Airtel gallery shop, Goregaon West, Mumbai but recharge not done and amount debited from my account. I shown my online statement and message about amount debited to Airtel representative at gallery and they give me hard copy of transaction receipt that amount will be credited in account within 72 hours but till Today amount not refund. And Airtel gallery shop Goregaon West Mumbai doesn’t help me so please help me. Otherwise I will do legal action at consumer court as well as cibil Fraud cases against Airtel.
