My service request no: SR00001PKLOC is not resolved by Jio Care. Please check and process the same as soon as possible. Everytime I receive the message that refund is in process and will be credited in 15 days, although till date I have not received any refund.
Please take this issue seriously.
Everytime they are saying it will be refunded. But till date no refund has been credited and the Jio Team ate playing with me everytime. During the last 20 days tjey have given so much emotional and mental pressure. This harassment has also affected my daily worklife routine. Please take action and also process for compensation for the harassment given by Jio in this regard.
