I have recharge my mother’s phone on 16 may 2022 by the Google pay, i done that twice by mistake, and call the coustomer support of Airtel thay tell me that reacharge will Cary forward in next month now the month ends and reacharge is not processed, so I call them again thay say me that your reacharge is done only 1 time and if it will done two time then also thay can’t anything, but on first call on the date of reacharge they tell me that it will Cary forward and I have both the recording as well.
