Sir I want to recharge my monthly pack rs. 227/- for id is no. 133-6002835. From my bank account 227/- rs deducted and from tataplay I received message also as successful. After 15 minutes, message came as ur account no activated. This failure repeating whenever recharge starts for last 4 months. Kindly gude me pls. After one week amount will recredit. Help me pls.
