Text of Complaint by Ranjeev kumar singh:

I had recharge rs 45 on 27th June in the evening but due to network issues there was a problem and my recharge was not done but rs 45 was deducted from my bank account. I had recharge again because yesterday was the last day for my recharge. They have deducted twice the amount for the same recharge plan. I want my refund regarding this.
