I recharged my Jio numbered sim on 28th December 2023 for 149 rupees. It said it’s validity to be 20 days which should’ve been 17th January 2024.
But today I received a message saying the recharge ends on 01 January 2024, which is 16 days before the validity.so if you could kindly solve the problem, it would be so helpful.
