Text of Complaint by Ranjana:

I wanted to do a recharge for 399/ for validity of 84 days. The app suggested a cash back of 50/ and payment of only 349/. Despite this offer I tried to recharge for 399/ but the only option that kept popping up was 349/.When I completed payment I was informed that the validity was only 28 days. This SHOULD have been made clear before the payment.

i was misinformed and not given an option, which is WRONG trade practice. Images will support my claim. Call centre was very unaffective.
