Dear Sir,
I recharge my mobile with ₹149 recharge plan, which claimed to provide truly unlimited voice calls, 2GB data and 300 SMS.
But, when i message to phone banking no.s or make any call to phone banking contacts, it is charging from main balance.
Every time i make any call or sms to such nos. I have to pay extra even with unlimited plan.
It is happening with only from Airtel not from other operators ( jio and vodafone).
If these calls are chargeable calls, where is it mentioned in the recharge plans, there is no transparency in the recharge plan.
Kindly resolve this issue and ask Airtel for transparency in their plan.
